We bought a car for our client. The dealer was very responsive, he sent us everything we asked for, he was friendly, so overall imression was not bad. But when we got the car, we were a little disappointed because the car had a strong cigarette smell, the roof lining was damaged from cigarettes and the car had smoke shields installed/rain guards installed. Before the purchase, the seller told us the car was smoke-free and had no cigarette smell. Other than that, the car is okay.
