Fahrzeugbeschreibung
1965 Jaguar E-Type S1 4.2 OTS Roadster
As specialists of the Jaguar E-Type, it is always a pleasure for us when we can offer you another high-quality example. This time is no different; behold this stunning 1st series Jaguar E-Type OTS with a 4.2 litre 'matching numbers' engine. Executed in its original colour combination consisting of Old English White, black leather interior and black soft top.
After many years, we still understand Enzo Ferrari when he said, "La Jaguar E-Type è l'auto più bella del mondo."
This car was a personal export delivery in 1965. That is, this E-Type was delivered to US-Spec but was still delivered in the UK. The first owner of this Jaguar collected the car himself in the UK and afterwards exported it to his home country. Which suggests he bought it during an army service or other temporary job abroad.
After driving in sunny California for just under 25 years, the car left on the big trip back to 'the old country', the UK. Another short year later, the car was imported into Belgium and registered in the region of Aalst.
Between 1993 and 2012, the car was owned by Luxembourg owners. Since then, the car's service history is complete. In 2012, the last owner bought the car and gradually brought it back to full working order. During these works, the car was completely dismantled.
In short, a reliable and neatly maintained Jaguar E-Type. A real dream to drive.
Come and experience it for yourself!
